Our Return Promise

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be in their original condition – unused, unworn, and with all tags attached. Your satisfaction is as important to us as the quality stitching in our premium gloves.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Baseball Belts & Apparel: Due to personal wear considerations
  • Cups & Supporters: Hygiene protection products
  • Baseball Socks: Intimate apparel items
  • Leather Goods: Custom or personalized items

Note: This list is based on our product categories and standard retail practices for sporting goods.

How to Return or Exchange

Follow these steps like you’re rounding the bases:

  1. Contact Us: Email [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with your request
  2. Get Authorization: We’ll respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  3. Package Securely: Include all original packaging, tags, and a copy of your invoice
  4. Ship Back: Send to our Portland facility using a trackable shipping method

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or was incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we can’t guarantee receipt of returned items without proof of delivery.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable

For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once the return is received. Standard shipping rates apply unless qualifying for free shipping.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover return shipping costs.

International Returns

For our global customers (excluding some Asian and remote regions):

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Customs fees are non-refundable
  • Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
