Order Processing: We swing into action quickly! All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping ($12.95):
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
- Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on destination and customs processing. We ship worldwide except to some Asian and remote regions.
Our Return Promise
While we’re confident you’ll love your Rawlings gear as much as we do, we understand that sometimes a return or exchange is necessary. Our policy is designed with the same precision as the stitching on our premium gloves.
Return & Exchange Basics
- Timeframe: 15 days from receipt of your order
- Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and with all original tags attached

Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Baseball Belts & Apparel (due to personal wear considerations)
- Cups & Supporters (hygiene protection products)
- Baseball Socks (intimate apparel items)
- Custom or personalized Leather Goods
How to Return or Exchange
Follow these steps like you’re rounding the bases:
- Contact Us: Email [email protected] within 15 days with your request
- Get Authorization: We’ll respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Package Securely: Include all original packaging, tags, and a copy of your invoice
- Ship Back: Send to our Portland facility using a trackable shipping method
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or was incorrect. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service – we can’t guarantee receipt of returned items without proof of delivery.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Timing: Refunds processed within 5-7 business days
- Method: Funds returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once the return is received. Standard shipping rates apply unless you qualify for free shipping.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover return shipping costs.
International Returns
For our global customers (excluding some Asian and remote regions):
